Available on an annual basis contract in a Cloud Web dedicated instance for various configurations.
A typical medium size workshop configuration would be as following:
-> 1 workshop / factory,
-> 1 year,
-> 1 license,
-> 25 simultaneous users,
-> 26 physical line production sections,
-> 1000 installation locals (equipment),
-> 850 interventions (maintenance) per year.
Basic conditions demanded with service subscription:
1. Client information is required for configuring workshop in the OpSafe app, namely but not exclusively, details of production line constitution, final products specifications, intermediate products, storage characteristics, production conditions details, workshop layout, optimization practices, etc., in order to configure the app,
2. Company client must identify itself as such, through its basic contacts and financial information, including NIF / VAT, Código de Certidão Permanente / Company Registration Code Certificate, activity and CAE (Código de Atividade Económica / Economic Activity Code), by a person with company power of attorney (gestor), and its email will be used for all contractual contacts and cloud access to the app instance, together with a random password and client number supplied by us,
3. Client must agree on writing to contractual usage conditions, pricing and payment method, as expressed on the agreement designated as "Termos e Condições de Subscrição do Sistema CIBERSUR MaaS (Manufacturing-as-a-Service)" / "CIBERSUR MaaS (Manufacturing-as-a-Service) Subscription Terms and Conditions", which will be forward to him from our contact email, cibersurmaas@mycibersurmaas.eu, upon sending of workshop configuration and company identification data above,
4. App configuration will take normally about 5 (five) working days after receiving and reviewing all workshop specifications, reception of the above dully signed agreement by person with company power of attorney, and receiving the payment of the requested service,
5. Each agreement starting date is defined by the date client receives in its email, used to subscribe this service, the relevant information for accessing the service instance at Cibersur data center, which includes his email, our supplied password and client number,
6. Each agreement includes 5 (five) helpdesk free requests for online troubleshooting usable from start of the subscription.
7. App can work with different functional safety configurations, of smaller and larger size, and also capable of on-premises remote installation with a cost defined upon the above workshop parameters and number of simultaneous users - please request information through email: cibersurmaas@mycibersurmaas.eu.
